Representing artists of regional, national and international stature, Elaine Beckwith Gallery is pleased to present the work of over 30 artists in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, where a dedication to the enjoyment of art is our guiding principle. Our artists have exhibited in major institutions from the Museo della Citta da Roma to the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Paintings, sculpture and a distinctive collection of artist-pulled prints are available for your pleasure. The visual fragrance captured by Nancy Tips in her painting "Lilacs & Lupine" is a tangible marker of spring in Vermont. The greening of the northern landscape is deliciously lush and exciting and after the privations of the long winter. Early blubs explode from damp earth and perennials, warmed by the sun, push upward to welcome the day. My lilacs are just beginning to blossom and I await the intoxicating impact of the long awaited scent that, for me, defines spring. "Lilacs & Lupine" is oil on panel and measures 12 x 9 inches (framed to 17 x 14). It is $950. Returning guests are reminded to refresh their browsers frequently.
